Der Rat änderte die Ukraine-Fazilität und den Ukraine-Plan, um aufgrund von mehr als 8 Mrd. € an Mitteln im Rahmen des Unterstützungsdarlehens für die Ukraine beinahe 30 weitere Konditionalitäten aufzunehmen.
