CGTS sarl condamnée à verser 2,7 millions FCFA
La Compagnie Générale de Travaux et Services (CGTS) a été condamnée, le 9 avril 2026, à payer la somme de deux millions sept cent soixante et un mille deux cents (2.761.200) FCFA pour des prestations d'entretien et de vidange de cabines mobiles impayées.
La société NEOBAT Sarl a saisi, le 13 mai 2025, le Tribunal de commerce de Cotonou afin d'obtenir le règlement de 2.761.200 FCFA représentant le coût de prestations d'entretien et de vidange de cabines mobiles réalisées entre mars et septembre 2023.
La CGTS a reconnu « la réalité des prestations exécutées » ainsi que l'existence de la dette, qu'elle attribue à des difficultés de trésorerie liées à ses partenaires. Elle sollicité un délai de grâce de 6 mois pour s'acquitter de sa dette.
Pour le tribunal, les engagements contractuels « doivent être exécutés de bonne foi ».
La société a été condamnée à payer « la somme de deux millions sept cent soixante et un mille deux cents (2.761.200) francs CFA représentant le coût des prestations fournies par la société NEOBAT Sarl ».
Toutefois, tenant compte de l'accord entre les parties, le juge a validé un échéancier. La CGTS devra régler sa dette en six mensualités de 460.200 FCFA, à compter de juin 2026.
La CGTS a également été condamnée aux dépens.
